My Favourites Sites For Yoga Online

I often get asked to recommend yoga videos or websites online for yoga students to continue their practice at home. It can sometimes be challenging to carve out time to practice at home. However  with online classes, you can hit pause, put the dog out and resume.

So see below my favourite online resources for yoga:

OneoEight

www.oneoeight.tv

Oneoeight is brand spanking new was created by the one and only @yogagirl. I subscribed to this channel soon after the launch which is just bursting with yoga videos from beginners to advanced classes with a huge range of internationally recognised teachers. It also has lots of wellness videos for some extra inspiration.

Eckhart Yoga

www.eckhartyoga.com

Lots of variety in videos here. Run by German native Ester Eckart, she also has a free youtube channel where you can find a huge amount of classes. Depending on what you are after, she has classes for lower back pain, shoulder strengtheners, hip openers, yoga for pregnancy etc.

Yoga with Adrienne

Adriene has a fab free youtube channel. Loads of classes and depending on your time limit, there is a sequence as long or short as you require. Her classes are upbeat, fun and all the poses are broken down to make it easier for beginners. If you are looking to start a daily home practice check out her 30 Days of Yoga videos.

Faith Hunter

Faith’s channel on YouTube is a beautiful mix of Yoga, Lifestyle and Meditation. Her instruction is always crystal clear in sequences and super inspirational in all her wellness/lifestyle videos. Her mission is help others get ‘Spiritually Fly’

Strala

www.stralayoga.com

Strala is the brainchild of Tara Stiles. These aren’t traditional classes and there are no Sanskrit terms for the yoga postures. The Strala philosophy is all about movement with ease and each class gets your really focused inward. The flows can be as easy or as challenging as you need on the day with the goal being to find relaxation and ease in all of it.

Julie Hyde Yoga

I have put together some short and sweet yoga sequences on YouTube that you can practice at home. You can pick and choose type of practice you are looking for depending on how you are feeling on the day. If you enjoy them, then please ‘like’ and ‘subscribe’ to the channel.
